UKSV is pleased to announce that with effect from 31st May 2018 sponsors are able to conduct Vetting Status enquiries via the Internet Portal. This increased functionality will enable sponsors who use the Internet Portal to run queries on the Vetting Status of specific individuals, this will include Clearance level and Expiry dates. The introduction of the Internet Portal VSI capability is designed to support customers in delivering a self-service capability.

The UKSV Product Catalogue was launched on 30 April 2018 and your vetting service codes have been updated. Your new services will start with the prefix of ‘UKSV’ or ‘Aftercare’. If your services still display the old code previously used prior to the Product Catalogue roll-out e.g. HP SC SSP4, CTC CSP4 or DV, or both the new and old vetting services are displayed, please contact the UKSV Enquiry Centre via phone (01904 662644) or email ([email protected]) to ensure your services are updated to the new UKSV Product Catalogue codes.
